I Baracked the Vote
I just finished watching will.i.am’s “Yes We Can Obama Song” music video on YouTube and I was so touched almost to tears. It was just so beautiful and so positive. I am so very proud to have voted for a Barack Obama. I’ve never been into politics in the past, but for this election I really wanted to change that. I was having a hard time choosing who to vote for. I wanted to really believe in the candidate I chose. This is such a historical election and I want to be able to say one day, “yes I voted for this person in 2008 because….” It was very close between Hilary and Barack. They’re platforms were very similar, but the message behind Obama’s campaign really spoke to me. It is so positive and full of hope. Instead of focusing on stopping problems, he focuses on the solution. I think our world is filled with a lot of negativity right now and we need a positive change. will.i.am’s video pretty much sums up the whole reason I Baracked the vote. I posted it for you all below. Enjoy and get inspired no matter who you voted for!

I too voted for Barack, not only because of the reasons you listed, but also because I just think he’s more electable than Hillary. I’ve never been really into politics before this election, but seeing where this country has gone in the last 8 years, I think the Republicans have done enough damage for now, let Barack have a chance to fix things!
